      Every member of the Tri-Pacific team is totally professional and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to walk through all of their findings and explain exactly what needs to be done. As it happened, I had already gotten an estimate and inspection report from another termite company. Tri-Pacific confirmed the other inspector's work and did all the required remediation for about half the cost.

      Then after the job was done, Jeff, the owner, called me up make sure I understood small moisture issue that, although not urgent, might warrant some further attention. To help me understand it better, he offered to send a man out, free of charge, to go back to the crawl space to take photos. Now how awesome is that!
