Thirty years ago John McCauley opened Tri-Pacific Termite Control. The first office was located right on Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta. John worked in the landscaping industry when he found his niche in the local termite control business. The niche was serving the Real Estate market exclusively--gearing and fine tuning a termite control company to fit the needs of those involved in Real Estate transactions.
Today Tri-Pacific has
grown into one of the most productive termite company's in the San
Gabriel and San Fernando valley's.
